Fundația City Grill demonstrează un angajament profund față de bunăstarea comunității, susținând activ diverse cauze sociale și umanitare. Prin inițiative dedicate, fundația se implică în proiecte menite să îmbunătățească educația, să sprijine persoanele defavorizate și să promoveze un stil de viață sănătos.
Învățământul dual în colaborare cu Colegiul Mihai Bravu București
Dual education is a new type of vocational schooling organized after completing the mandatory eight grades, at the request of companies as potential employers. It is a form of vocational education organized based on an employment contract and combines professional training organized by a business operator with training provided within an educational institution.
City Grill restaurants support students pursuing professional qualifications as Chefs and Waiters (servers) – salespersons in food service establishments.
Dezvoltare profesională prin programul Academia City Grill
The main activity of the City Grill Academy is to introduce new employees in the group’s restaurants to the professions of waiter and chef. The chef courses last three months and consist of five theoretical modules and 20 practical modules, while the waiter courses last one and a half months and include six modules covering the basic concepts.
At the end of the studies, graduates receive qualification diplomas certified by the Ministry of Education through the National Qualifications Authority (ANC), recognized at the European level.

Social gatherings for the elderly in partnership with the Princess Margareta Foundation
On the occasion of Christmas, Easter, or the International Day of Older Persons, seniors are invited to social gatherings alongside the team and volunteers of the Foundation. The City Grill restaurant network in Bucharest supports these events through customer donations by continuously promoting the "Be an Angel to an Elderly" campaign.
We created the "Be an Angel to an Elderly" program in collaboration with the Princess Margareta Foundation and have thus supported, with the help of our customers, people affected by loneliness, financial worries, and old age. Customers who wish to bring joy and hope to the less fortunate can donate a
a lunch menu at the City Grill Group restaurants. Thus, with the help of volunteers, we will provide a warm meal truly needed by the helpless elderly.
